This Policy explains how CLAIM PLEASE S.R.L.uses cookies and similar storage technologies on claimplease.com.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They may remember a session, protect a form, keep a claim draft or, only with permission, measure site use.

2. Strictly necessary

These support secure administrator and customer sessions, fraud and CSRF protection, claim progress, referral attribution and your cookie choice. They are used because they are necessary to provide the service or store a preference you requested, and therefore do not require consent. They cannot be disabled through our panel.

3. Analytics

If enabled by us and accepted by you, analytics help us understand visits, pages, errors and general usage. They remain off unless you consent. At present the application does not load an analytics provider by default.

4. Marketing

If we later use advertising or remarketing technologies, they will remain off unless you separately consent. Marketing email consent is separate from cookie consent.

5. Current first-party storage

• cp_cookie_consent: records your cookie choices for six months.
• Secure session cookies: authenticate customer, partner or staff sessions and expire with the applicable session.
• Claim/referral storage: preserves claim progress or referral attribution for the period stated by the relevant feature.

The exact list may change as the service develops. Any newly introduced non-essential technology will be placed behind the relevant consent choice.

6. Managing cookies

You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies or choose categories. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block the claim service. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it by reopening the settings below. Browser controls can also delete or block cookies, although blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent secure features from working.
